The CUNY Institute for Sustainable Cities at Hunter College and the NYC Climate Justice Hub at the CUNY Graduate Center and Brooklyn College are currently implementing a CUNY Institute for Sustainable Cities & Climate Justice Hub Fellowship for CUNY undergraduate and graduate students with connections to Environmental Justice in New York City. The purpose of the Fellowship is to empower students to be informed climate ambassadors in their communities. The fellowship includes 9 workshops that focus on knowledge, skills, and training in the use of NASA and other data products and climate-related impacts and vulnerability analysis in Environmental Justice communities. Current fellows come from a variety of different programs and CUNY Institutions. All are interested in advancing research in Environmental Justice.
