Leonardo Reales

Leonardo Reales Jiménez is a human rights activist, storyteller, and university professor with fifteen years of professional experience promoting economic development, inclusion and peace initiatives throughout Latin America and the Caribbean. A consultant for the Inter-American Development Bank, Ecodesarrollo, the Association of School for Peace EIP, and the Afro-Latinos Project, he also coordinates the SomosAfro.org initiative, an IADB-Amunafro Program that works to empower Afro-Latino and Afro-Caribbean communities. He is President of the US – Colombia Alumni Association (ASOUSA) and lectures on social issues, conflict resolution, leadership, education and affirmative action policies
