Jan Heller Levi

Jan Heller Levi is the author of three collections of poems, most recently, Orphan (Alice James Books, 2014).  She is the co-editor, with Sara Miles, of Directed by Desire: The Collected Poems of June Jordan (Copper Canyon Press, 2005) and now, with co-editor Christoph Keller, of We’re On: A June Jordan Reader (Alice James Books, 2017).  She teaches at Hunter College. Levi is co-trustee, with Sara Miles, of the June M. Jordan Literary Estate.
