Graduate Center Shorts: An Evening of Films and Discussion

The CUNY Graduate Center is home not just to celebrated film scholars but to innovative filmmakers whose work explores diverse identities, places, and genres. Join us for a program showcasing the talent of Graduate Center-affiliated film artists, whose creative work reflects their groundbreaking research and distinctive viewpoints.
The evening features screenings of short films by Wayne Koestenbaum, distinguished professor of English, Comparative Literature, French, and Film and Media Cultures; students Katarina Parks and Yung-Jen Yang; and alumni Eddy Berzak, Fernando Vieira and Ronaldo V. Wilson, among others.
A discussion with the filmmakers will follow the screenings.
Presented by Public Programs with the Certificate Program in Film and Media Cultures; Liberal Studies and the Center for the Humanities at the CUNY Graduate Center.
