Robert Robinson is a student in the Urban Education PhD Program at The Graduate Center, CUNY. In addition to his work as a former high school English teacher of nearly ten years, he also brings additional teaching/advising experience in college preparation, multicultural education, and ethnic studies. His broad research focuses on the history of US education with attention to Black education history, curriculum studies, and the Black Freedom Movement (Civil Rights & Black Power).
