Jérémie Bennequin lives and works in Paris. For several years, his artistic work has involved the erasure of literary masterpieces such as Marcel Proust’s À la recherche du temps perdu and Stéphane Mallarmé’s Un coup de dés jamais n’abolira le hasard. His scriptoclastic practice regularly gives rise to conferences, artist books publications, exhibitions and performances in France, including Yvon Lambert (2010); Palais de Tokyo (2013); MAC/VAL (2015) and abroad, at Selma Feriani Gallery London (2012); Galerie Maude Piquion, Berlin (2010); and Selma Feriani Gallery, Tunis (2011).
