Julián González Beltrez

Julián González Beltrez is a radical librarian and historian from the islands of Ayiti and New York. They studied Library Science and History at Queens College, with a focus on the Haitian Unification period (1822-44) and decolonizing historical narratives on the island. Their work seeks to imagine and build beautiful, affirming, empowering, and transformative worlds from below.
