Joanna Fiduccia is a doctoral candidate in the Department of Art History at the University of California, Los Angeles, where she researches the history and theory of European modern sculpture. Alongside her scholarly work, she is the author of essays and reviews on contemporary art for Parkett, Artforum, Spike Art Quarterly, and East of Borneo, and an editorial member of the Proceedings of the Esthetical Society for Transcendental and Applied Realization (ESTAR(SER)). She is the recipient of research fellowships from the Society of French Historians, the Center for European and Eurasian Studies at UCLA, and the Swiss Confederation.
