Jasmina Sinanović

Jasmina Sinanović teaches at Anthropology, Gender Studies and International Studies Department at the City College and is the Director of Development and Finance at the Center for LGBTQ Studies, CLAGS at the Graduate Center CUNY. They are also a performing/theatre artist. Their research interests are in queer, performance and postcolonial theory as well as the study of the idea of Balkanism. They hold an M.F.A. in Dramaturgy from Stony Brook University and M.A. in Theatre from CUNY Graduate Center via Brooklyn College. They are currently doing research on transgender and/or non binary adjunct faculty at CUNY.
