Farrah Nazir is a public engagement specialist with over 10 years' experience in both funding, developing, and delivering national programmes that engage the public in science and society. In that time, Farrah has spearheaded several strategic initiatives that help people use, inform and trust research, whilst advocating to put good collaboration, insights, and diversity at the heart of everything we do. The Employee Health Evidence Accelerator: A new venture to develop and test three new models to support commercial organisations to use science as a foundation to better engage and improve the health of their employees.

Transforming Wellcome's employee forum: Strengthening the relationship between Wellcome's leaders and wider employees through developing a new employee forum that's fit for purpose;

Co-founding Wellcome’s BAME Staff Network: Bringing together allies and People of colour to connect, support, represent and celebrate people of colour at Wellcome,
