Cecily Wu was born and raised in New York City. Studying Urban Sustainability with the concentration of Sociology at Brooklyn College, CUNY, she has worked with resiliency endeavors ranging from community projects, education, and policy reform. She aims to continue these efforts by learning more about the various ways of using civil technology to support the people and the environment.
