Van Anh Tran

Van Anh Tran is a former high school history teacher from California and is currently pursuing a PhD in Education at Columbia University. She works with pre-service and in-service teachers to develop their curriculum and instruction and continues to work with grassroots community organizations as a facilitator and curriculum developer. Her research interests include refugee narratives, collective memory, community organizing and action, healing justice, and notions of belonging.
