Serene Khader

Serene Khader is a moral and political philosopher working primarily on feminist issues in global justice. Khader is the author of Adaptive Preferences and Women’s Empowerment (Oxford University Press, 2011) and Decolonizing Universalism: A Transnational Feminist Ethic (Oxford 2018). She holds the Jay Newman Chair in Philosophy of Culture.
