Poe M. Allphin

Poe M. Allphin is a musicology PhD student at the CUNY Graduate Center and an adjunct instructor at Queens College. His research centers on queer and trans communities in the U.S. from the 70s-90s, bringing together queer/trans studies, disability studies, and music by using archives and conducting oral histories. His work has been published in Transgender Studies Quarterly and is frequently stepped on by his cat.
