Kellie Carter Jackson

Kellie Carter Jackson is an Assistant Professor in the department of Africana Studies at Wellesley College. She is coeditor of Reconsidering Roots: Race, Politics, and Memory. Her research explores the abolitionists, historical film, and black women’s history.
