Kel Nguyen

Kel Nguyen is a master’s Candidate in Public Affairs with a focus on Social Justice at Marxe School of Public & International Affairs. They earned their bachelor’s in computer information systems with a specialization in Data Analytics, which was applied into social justice projects pertaining to LGBTQ hate-crimes, Gun-Violence, and NYC’s Vehicular Collisions with Traffic Light Infrastructure. They previously held many project positions and focused on the non-profit sector. They worked as a Web Data Analyst at BlackFacts, the world’s first Black-History search engine focused on educational outreach for marginalized and disadvantaged communities, bridging the gap between technology and racial justice.
