Katy Siegel is the Eugene V. and Clare E. Thaw Endowed Chair at Stony Brook University, and Senior Curator of Research and Programming at the Baltimore Museum of Art. Curated exhibitions include Mark Bradford’s presentation at the U.S. Pavilion of the 2017 Venice Biennale, with co-curator Christopher Bedford; Postwar: Art Between the Pacific and the Atlantic, 1945-1965, with co-curators Okwui Enwezor and Ulrich Wilmes at the Haus der Kunst, Munich; and High Times, Hard Times: New York Painting, 1967-75. She is the author of Since ’45: America and the Making of Contemporary Art (Reaktion, 2011).
