Kathe Burkhart

Kathe Burkhart is an interdisciplinary artist and writer. Burkhart’s visual art has been widely exhibited nationally and internationally, including at the Venice Biennale, MOMA PS1, smak (Belgium), and the Brooklyn Museum, with more than thirty solo exhibitions throughout her career. She is the author of three books of fiction, including Between the Lines (2006) and Deux poids, deux mesures (2005), and a monograph, The Liz Taylor Series: The First Twenty-Five Years (2008).
