Justyna Wesołowska
Justyna Wesołowska curator
and art historian. She graduated from the Department of Art History, Department
of Italian at the University of Warsaw, and Post-Graduate Course for Art Managers
at SGH/Main School of Commerce. Currently works as a curator at theFoksal
Gallery. She worked as an assistant curator and junior curator of the
International Exhibition Program at the CCA Ujazdowski Castle, then as Main PR
Officer in the same institution. She curated numerous exhibitions, including
Maurizio Cattelan, Radek Szlaga, Tomek Mróz, Kuba Bąkowski, Honza Zamojski and
Bownik. Collaborated on organization of shows by Kara Walker, Mary Kelly, Isaac
Julien, Roni Horn, Christian Boltanski and Darren Almond. Co-author of a book Honza
Zamojski. Fishing withJohn. Collaborated with many art institutions
in Poland and abroad. Since 2009 to 2015 conducted special Art Economy course
for students of the Academy of Fine Arts in Warsaw. In 2016 she began working
(with Marika Zamojska) as a manager of Post-Graduate Art in Practice course at
the CollegiumCivitas, Warsaw.
