Harriet Protheroe-Davies
Harriet Protheroe-Davies is the HOPE NOT HATE South Wales Organizer. Harriet graduated from the University of Edinburgh in June 2016 with a MA (Hons) in Philosophy and Politics. Harriet works for HOPE NOT HATE on ‘The Left Behind Communities Project’ in her hometown of Merthyr Tydfil, South Wales. Harriet has been focussing on bringing her community together through events such as ‘Stronger Together Merthyr’ football match between a team of Polish and Portuguese migrants with a local Merthyr league team (with guest star Wales FA coach, Chris Coleman); Merthyr’s 1stwinter busking festival; ‘All Together Now’ Christmas single; Merthyr’s 1st LGBTQ+ club night; and currently, ‘Movement for Mental Health Merthyr’.
