Anthony J. Harb
Anthony J. Harb is a Palestinian-American PhD Candidate in Latin American, Iberian and Latino Cultures at the CUNY Graduate Center. He also teaches courses in Spanish language and linguistic anthropology at Medgar Evers College and Brooklyn College respectively. Based in a rural Minnesotan town, his research takes an ethnographic approach to observe the intersections of language, community radio, and immigrant activism in the United States. Anthony is the recipient of the Mina Rees Library Open Pedagogy Fellowship and a Fulbright English Teaching Assistant Grant in Madrid, Spain (2015-2017).
