​Amy Stuart Wells

Amy Stuart Wells is a Professor of Sociology and Education at Teachers College, Columbia University and the President-elect of the American Educational Research Association (AERA). She is the Director of The Public Good, a Public School Support Organization (PSSO), and Reimagining Education: Teaching and Learning in Racially Diverse Schools, a Professional Development Summer Institute. She is the author and editor of five books and more than 50 articles and book chapters on issues of race and education.
