Sofya Aptekar and Jason Wozniak are militant scholars and organizers with the PSC and Debt Collective, will discuss their collectively authored text with comrades from the Coalition Against Campus Debt, Lend & Rule: Fighting the Shadow Financialization of Public Universities. They will be joined by Mizue Aizeki of the Surveillance Resistance Lab and Martina Meijer of the Movement of Rank-and-File Educators for a conversation on how debt structures public education in ways that discipline institutions and communities through expanding surveillance and carcerality. Public debt is central to understanding enclosure in schools, universities, and cities in the current conjuncture, as well as the abolitionist struggles for the commons.   RSVP: http://bit.ly/41zklBa
